Advertising General Terms Lead ad

1. The company "EMBONILO HELLAS LTD" with the distinctive title "EMBONILO" (hereinafter "Organizing Company") organizes a series of advertising activities (hereinafter the "Activities"), in which interested parties are invited to fill in their Facebook email, in order to to be informed about the company's products and news.

2.Completing the E-mail implies the participant's explicit and unconditional consent for the entry of personal data in a file that will be kept by the sponsoring Organizing Company for the purpose of this action, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2472/1997. The personal data of the participants will be kept on file and processed by the Organizing Company in accordance with the new GDPR rules. The purpose of the collection, storage and processing of personal data by the Organizing Company is to inform about products and updates of the Organizing Company.At any time, each participant retains the right to access his personal data and information, or to object to the further processing of his data, based on article 13 of Law 2472/97, following his written request addressed to the above company at the email address info@embonilo.com.

Instagram-facebook  Contest Terms

1. The company EMBONILO HELLAS LTD (hereinafter "Organizing Company") organizes a series of competitions/raffles (hereinafter the "Activities"), in which interested parties are invited to participate in competitions on Facebook, Instagram in order to win the prizes that will be announced before from each draw.

2. Entries that followed the entry steps will be considered valid for the entire duration of the respective draw.

3. Employees of the Generation Y group of companies and the Organizing Company as well as their relatives up to the 3rd degree are excluded from the Actions.

4. The duration, the date of the event, the number of winners and the date of their announcement will be defined by a relevant announcement on the Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/embonilo_hellas/ of the Organizing Company and always at a time prior to each draw.

5. All those who followed the steps as published in the relevant announcement on the Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/embonilo_hellas/ of the Organizing Company will participate in the draw.

6. During each draw, which will take place electronically, the entries that followed the entry steps will be considered valid. Everyone is entitled to participate only once in each draw by correctly following the participation steps requested.

7. There will be two (2) winners and the prize they will win (each) is a pack of twelve (12) Bjorn Borg underwear.

8. Prizes are personal, non-redeemable and non-transferable.

9. The announcement of the name of the winners of the lottery will take place on February 12, 2024 on the Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/embonilo_hellas/ of the Organizing Company.

10. The Organizing Company reserves the right to change the conditions of the raffles, to shorten or extend their duration or even to cancel them for reasons of force majeure.

11. In the event that other special conditions are defined for a lottery conducted by the Organizing Company, these will take precedence over the present ones.

12. Participation in each draw constitutes express and unreserved consent and acceptance of all, without exception, the terms of the competition on the part of the participant.

13. Participation in the Contest implies the participant's explicit and unconditional consent to enter personal data in a file that will be kept by the sponsoring Organizing Company for the purpose of this promotion, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2472/1997.
