PAYMENT METHODS

The payment methods for purchases from embonilo.com is payment upon delivery (for Greece ONLY),credit card as well as bank deposit to the company's bank accoutn in Alpha Bank or Pireaus Bank.

Payment can also be made via debit or credit card at the stores that the company has in Athens upon receipt of the product.

For Europe and the rest of the world we accept the following .

MASTERCARD  etc.

• For online purchases with prepayment via credit card there is the possibility of 3 to 6 interest-free installments for all orders of products with a total value of 60 € and 120 euros and more.

 

Bank transfer or E-banking

Easy,fast and safe you can make your transactions through bank transfers or electronic payement through e-banking in the following banks.Payment should be made in 3 working days. After 3 days the order will be canceled automatically.

SHIPPING METHODS

Our partner responsible for the delivery of our products is Geniki Taxidromiki  & Speedex within Greece & Cyprus. If the country you are in (or you want to send your order) is not included in the list of countries that appear during checkout, do not hesitate to contact us to give you more information for your situation as mentioned above covering worldwide sales!!

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is 1-4 working days. This happens once your order has been approved. The days of preparation of the orders are from Monday to Friday.

The above time may vary on individual cases of non- immediate availability of the product or specific treatment.

Delivery time varies depending on the order. The usual delivery time is 1-4 working days around for destinations within Greece and Cyprus, while in the rest of Europe and the World from 7-10 working days. The shipping times may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, transportation companies, delays, holidays, festivals etc.  Each customer receives a unique number on the package of the order. With this number it is possible to detect the order in the shipping system of the General Postal clicking here

COST OF DELIVERY

Our priority is for our customer to be satisfied and thereafter the profit of the company.

Especially for Cyprus the total cost is 15 € for all orders and for orders over 100 euros the delivery costs are FREE!!!

(The only payment methods that Embonilo Hellas accept for Cyprus , are visa,debit etc & deposit in our Bank account).

 

Free delivery will apply for orders from euro 50 and above and 1.80 euro for the courier company. For orders less than euro 50 , the total delivery costs will be euro 3 and 1.80 euro for the courier service  for any destination within Greece. For Cyprus, the delivery costs remain the same as mentioned above.
