The returns policy of EMBONILO HELLAS is to receive back any product within 30 calendar days from the delivery date (as evidenced by the bill of landing document of the Geniki Taxidromiki ,Speedex , Elta-courier or any courrier used ) .
The company EMBONILO HELLAS accepts any liability for wrong deliveries or damaged goods.Exeption for big products as table tennis,barbeque etc.In this cases we replace the wrong product and we do not refund any amount.

The company EMBONILO HELLAS wanting to ensure the smooth and safe purchase of a product by the buyer enables the return and replacement by another of the same or a different size if available. The request for replacement of a product must be made by phone (0030 210 8980366 or 00306981469814 ) or by mail (email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org). Once the consultation with the relevant department of the company has been made, it will enable the customer to choose another product from page EMBONILO HELLAS.
The new product is sent back free of charge on condition that we have received from the client the returned product. In this case, the customer pays the Courier for the return of the product (back costs around 5-9 € for Greece and 8-10 € αbout, from Cyprus). To become better understood, the ''sender'' pay the shipping costs whether the sender is the company or the customer.
If the payment is with visa,mastercard etc , the refund will be with the same method.Note that banks charge some small amounts for the web transactions both parties (consumers and embonilo hellas).
The replacement product will be accepted only if it is in the original-factory * state with all the documents accompanying the product (eg Proof Retail etc.)
In this case without exchanging the product that you have bought with another, Embonilo Hellas will credit you via web banking, the amount that you have already paid less the courier charges which are euro 5. If you possess an account at Piraeus Bank (like Embonilo hellas ) then there will be no bank charges and the return of funds will be executed immediately.
If you possess a bank account at another bank such as National bank of Greece, Eurobank etc then the bank charges of euro 2-3 will be shared between Embonilo Hellas and the buyer with a value date of approximately 1-2 days before the amount is credited into your bank account.
The return of funds or credit to your Visa (considering that the product has been paid with a credit card) is made within 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouse, once it has been checked and re entered into our inventory.
For example: A product worth euro 50 is returned and you request a return of funds . You are charged euro 5 with the initial delivery and an additional euro 5 upon returning the product to the company (in case that embonilo pays the return to courier) in the event that you do not require it anymore.In total euro 10 for courier charges is paid by the buyer.
If the payment of goods has been made by credit card visa, mastercard etc in the event of exchnage the buyer is not charged with any extra bank charges from EMBONILO HELLAS. The retrun is made automatically via the banking system . Some banks may charge extra for this service which is not always the case though, but this does not concern Embonilo Hellas.
In this case you are not charged with any extra charges and the whole amount is returned to you either via web banking for cash purchases or either to you credit card.

All exchanges are made at the buying price of the product.!!
1.The product must be in good condition so that it can be resold ( with its price tag , without damage, dirt etc)
2.The product must not have any name tag on it such as a name , number that has been printed on the product.
3.The product must not have been on sale at the time of purchase.
4. If the product completes that above requirements , you may freely send it back to be returned and replaced . Under any other circumstances, we reserve the right not to accept the return and replacement of the product.
5. For the underwear products we can not accept any replacement.
