Our partners for the shipments of your orders are  Speedex  &  ELTA-COURIER .

For large and heavy items such as ping png tables, treadmills, soccer tables etc., we use Transport companies only, depending on the delivery area.The deliveries of these items by the transport companies to the floor, incurs an additional charge after consultation with the transporters.

For products worth more than 200 euros or with big volume such as table tennis, basketballs, refrigerators, gym items etc. Embonilo Hellas accepts payment either by visa, debit etc or a deposit of 20% of the total value by deposit in the bank account of our company.

Cash on delivery of these large products, to transport companies or courier companies, Embonilo Hellas can not accept for reasons of security of all.Only by couriers we can accept the ''cash on delivery''.

• Shipping radius

If the country you are in (or want to ship your order) is not on the list of countries displayed during order completion, do not hesitate to contact us to give you more information about your case: as mentioned above we cover the whole countries.

• Delivery time

Shipping time is from 1 to 4 working days for Greece.

This happens once your order has been approved and the required check on the products to be shipped has been made. Order preparation days are from Monday to Friday.

The above time may differ in special cases of non-immediate availability of the product, or special treatment.

Delivery time varies depending on the order. The usual delivery time is about 1 - 4 working days for destinations within Greece ,for  Cyprus 4-10 working days, while for the rest of Europe and the world from 7 to 14 working days.

Shipping times may change due to unbalanced factors such as: strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, holidays, bad weather, etc.

• Order search

Each customer receives a unique number for his order package. With this number it is possible to trace the order in the shipping system.

• Shipping cost

Customer satisfaction  is a priority for us. For this reason, within Greece, the shipments will be FREE for orders over 50 euros and less than 2 Kg !!! (for example one pair of shoes is less than 2 kg)

At the moment our e-shop concerns only Greece & Cyprus.

Especially for Cyprus the total cost is 15 € and for orders over 100 euros the shipment to Cyprus is FREE !!! (except for large parcels over 2 Kg for which will be agreed before sending).

The only payment methods for shipments in Cyprus are by visa, debit etc, or by bank deposit in the account of Embonilo Hellas.

 

*CAUTION

For returns from Cyprus, shipping costs has to pay the person making the return.

(Additional shipping costs may occur only in a very large volume of order and after prior notice and approval of the customer).

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Delivery of orders to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs for the consignee (taxes, duties, etc.) according to the legal status of each country or region to which the parcel is delivered. Be informed in advance by your local competent body for any additional costs that may arise with the delivery of your order. There will be short notice for orders outside the European Union ....
